Green Tea Helps Cure a Fatty Liver

Eating foods high in fat may not seem like a big deal now and then. Think again! Even though some people can eat a couple of meals strewn in high levels of bad fat and not see any difference in their waistline, the internal damages are far worse. Bad fats do not digest as well as essential fats do (fat found naturally in cold-pressed oils).

Therefore fats can build up internally. “Fatty Liver” is the term given to fat that has built up around the liver. While it is normal for the liver to have some fat around it, it is very dangerous to have too much fat around it. “Fatty Liver” can be caused by alcoholism also. “Fatty Liver” is related to inflammation of the liver and even liver failure.

Your liver is a very important organ in your body that does many jobs from digestion to detoxification. A liver covered in fat will not work as well as a healthy liver. This means more weight and health problems for you.

Green tea and green tea extracts have been found to safely decrease the fat from around the liver. Although it is not reported how long it would take to remove the fat from the liver, it is suggested to take green tea extract or drink seven cups of tea a day to get a healthy liver. Green tea also prevents “fatty liver” from happening. Toast to your liver today!
